Planning a service visit in San Francisco
A little information ahead of time helps make the visit easier. When you book, include your street address, ZIP code, and the appliance brand and model if available. Let us know about any error code or when the problem happens.
For an apartment or condo, please mention the unit number, entry instructions, stairs or elevator access, and any building rules for service visits. If parking or loading near the entrance is limited, tell us what to expect. For stacked laundry or built-in appliances, mention the setup when booking.
We’ll confirm service availability for your address and appliance. If you’re coordinating a repair for a rental, let us know who will provide access and who will authorize the work.
90 days of coverage
We provide a 90-day warranty on repairs. Please ask us if you have questions about coverage for your repair.
Fee waived with repair
Your service-call fee is waived when you choose to proceed with the repair. Contact us for the current service-call fee before booking.
